Emails identified as "false positive" or "false negative" by the user, quarantined emails, the user's logs, the IP addresses of the servers sending emails to the users of the solution, the subjects, links (or URLs), phone numbers, email components and image links contained in the emails processed by the solution are retained for a maximum duration of one (1) year.
