1. ZENDESK (for ticketing support) - USA
2. AIRCALL (virtual call center) – USA, UK, Germany and Vietnam

*(*) Personal data may be transferred outside of EU by AZURE PARIS (MICROSOFT’s subsidiary), notably due to the use, by the end-user, of the M365 solution.*

Only, for the provision of the support services:

(*) Used only for the option “filter outgoing email”. Personal data may be transferred outside of the UE by AWS & AZURE PARIS (respective AMAZON’s and MICROSOFT’s subsidiaries).

(**) Personal data may transit by AWS and Azure servers. However, client may opt out by using other specific DNS.
